I stuff Gretchen Elvgren's mouth with 2 sponges... Gretchen Elvgren does not have a very big mouth so getting the sponges in is a bit challenging, but I manage to make them fit. Clear tape keeps them in place. I add more rope including tying Gretchen Elvgren's thighs apart.
