Cody wants to get his first tattoo but he isn’t old enough to go alone, so he asks his older stepbrother Sky to go with him. Sky can’t let him, as he knows that it would piss off their stepmom. Steamy, he offers to show him his tattoo and draw one on Cody with a marker so he can see what it would look like.
