Alex is the only person to keep in touch with him and believe him. Gay goes to see Alex at his family's house. Alex wishes he could invite Gay to stay there rather than the halfway house but of course his parents aren't having it. Gay is so thankful for Alex's unwavering support and he shows him just how much.
